We are excited to announce that the Trinity Throwdown is coming to the ICC Sydney Darling Harbour on the 10th Nov 2024. This event promises to be our largest Team competition yet, bringing you the ultimate Functional Fitness Festival!

In addition to witnessing the thrilling action at the event and being motivated by the athletes, attendees will enjoy exclusive brand activation from our partners.

Divisions are: Elevate – suitable for the beginner athletes or the cardio machines, Intermediate, Masters 40+ and Advanced. Athletes will participate in 4 workouts over the course of the 1 day event. Prizes for 1st,2nd and 3rd in each division including a cash prize pool of $3500 for the Advanced division.

Registration for Sydney will go on sale June 30th at 5pm.

Registration for Brisbane will go on sale Nov 17th at 5pm
