TIMINGS FOR THE DAY : If your heat isn’t until a bit later in the morning, you don’t have to be present for the Q&A – as long as you are aware of all of the workouts
- Doors open and registration: 6:30am.
- Workout Briefing: 7:10am
- First Heat: 8am – Presentation: 15:45pm

WAIVERS
We have still not received the signed waivers back from all athletes. No waiver = no compete. We have emailed all athletes who have missing waivers. Please check your emails (including junk). The team captain would have completed their waiver on registration. Please do not email asking if you have completed yours. If you don’t hear from us then we have your completed waiver.

Please familiarise yourself with the workouts as there will be no workout briefing the day of the competition. There will be a Q&A at the start which will cover a full safety briefing for the day’s events.
